Martha Alexander, Director, Christian Education & Administration
Martha was also equipped at Dallas Theological Seminary where she earned a Master of Arts in Christian Education, Church Leadership. Further, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Eckerd College, Florida. 
Prior to the inauguration of His Hands CBF, for a period of six years, Martha served as Director of Christian Education and Ministry Development at North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship in Plano, TX. She was actively involved in strategic planning, leadership training and curricula development. Other initiatives included the development and implementation of the deacon’s wives ministry and facilitators’ forum and training.   

Prior to serving in Dallas, Martha served as deaconess at St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church in Tampa, FL for a five-year period.
Further, for a five-year period, Martha served as deaconess and employment ministry leader at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Newark, NJ.

In order to further enhance their biblical and theological knowledge, Pastor Rudy and Martha attend Christian Conferences, seminars and other venues in order to remain relevant and better communicate God’s truth to His people.  They serve as a cohesive ministry team and are committed to engage, inform, empower and transform lives through the power of the Holy Spirit.
